What a beautiful Hotel Alex help me the night Auditor some of the best service.

This location was nice, quiet, and welcoming. I was greeted immediately and promptly checked. Parking was plentiful and hotel is easy to navigate. Service was wonderful. Shoutout to Alex and Tray for their service. I highly recommend staying here.

Listen. I really appreciate the staff who work here, especially Trey. Wonderful ball of energy. Always happy when I see him. He also gave my wife and I ideas for things to do in downtown LA. He is a wonderful asset to your team and we will be back at this hotel just to see him again

Great stay at this Hilton. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long trip. A special shoutout to Abby at the front desk - she was warm, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. And Tray was also incredibly kind and welcoming; his friendly energy really stood out and made the stay even better. Overall, the staff made my experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this Hilton location.

The front desk representatives were extremely kind and courteous. I arrived early and was able to drop off my bags with the front desk and recieve a ticket. When I arrive to my room, I was trying to use my digital key on the app, and I was having problems. I noticed that the housekeeping was on the floor so I approached and asked one of them if they can help me, she picked up my phone and she was trying to help, but she was unable to help me also. So she told me that the app was having problems. I appreciate how she took her time to help me open my door even though that was not part of her jobs. She took time to help me.

Nice clean room, like breakfast

Other than being a Broncos fan, Trey on the maintenance staff was fantastic. Helped get us into our room and fixed the lock on our door in just a couple minutes. Very thankful for his help. Alejandro at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well! Solid staff here.
